Eviction Service & Property Pres Coordinator

Descripción del Empleo:
Have ability to learn PR eviction laws and procedures. Ability to multi-task and work under pressure. Ability to work fast, with a minimal amount of errors. Proficiency in Outlook, Excel and Word. Ability to type 35 words per minute. Motivated, positive, team player. Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills in Spanish and English. Have excellent prioritization skills. Ability to apply critical thinking skills to solve problems a growing, expanding business. Ability to follow directions and make corrections when needed. Handle both pre and post-sale services such as lockouts, evictions, and trash outs. The coordinator will be in constant communication with vendors, staff, Marshall and clients to ensure services.
Requisitos:
Fully Bilingual Proficiency in MS Word Dynamic and Organized
Procedures or law firm experience with a mortgage background.
Paralegal-level experience/education highly preferred.
