*Overview*
We're seeking an exceptionally bright and organized individual to join our team as a hybrid Executive Assistant / Personal Assistant (EA/PA). This is a unique opportunity to support a successful business owner and father of three young children in managing a multifaceted life.
This role includes both professional (executive) and personal assistant duties. You'll help streamline operations, organize logistics, handle communication, and assist in both business and household matters. There is substantial room for growth, including potential involvement in exciting future projects like investment property development and design.

*Key Responsibilities*
Executive Assistant Responsibilities:
* Provide comprehensive administrative support, including managing schedules and organizing meetings
* Maintain Outlook Calendar for appointments and ensure timely reminders
* Coordinate travel (flights, hotels, rental cars, etc.)
* Draft and organize email communication
* Complete forms and handle paperwork
* Organize and maintain digital and physical documents
* Act as sounding board for business decisions
* Provide general executive support
Personal Assistant Responsibilities:
* Shop for household items (e.g., fitness equipment), including researching and recommending options
* Coordinate with contractors on home projects (e.g., mailbox replacement, water heater improvements)
* Handle errands like package returns and appointment logistics
* Manage digital backups for family assets (e.g., photos)
* Set up and cancel services (e.g., streaming, utilities, memberships)
*Requirements*
* Must live in Puerto Rico and be authorized to work in the U.S.
* Valid driver's license and clean driving record; must be comfortable driving for work-related tasks
* Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar administrative role
* Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
* Highly organized with strong attention to detail
* Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
* Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new tools
* Self-starter with strong problem-solving abilities
* Discreet, trustworthy, and able to manage confidential information
* Comfortable working independently, especially while the employer is off-island (about 25% of the time)
* Comfortable working a few hours daily in the office
*Nice to Have (Not Required)*
* Previous experience as an Executive Assistant or Office Manager
* Familiarity with Puerto Rico contractors, vendors, and local services
* Experience in project coordination or property development
