*Job Summary:*
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized *Export and Logistics Coordinator* to support our shipping and logistics operations. This is a basic-level position ideal for candidates looking to start or grow in the logistics and export field.
*Key Responsibilities:*
* Assist in preparing export documentation (invoices, packing lists, shipping labels, etc.).
* Coordinate shipments with carriers and freight forwarders.
* Track orders and provide shipping updates to customers or internal teams.
* Ensure compliance with export regulations and company procedures.
* Maintain records of shipments and documentation in an organized manner.
* Communicate with vendors, suppliers, and clients as needed (email/phone).
*Requirements:*
* High school diploma or equivalent (associate degree a plus).
* Basic knowledge of shipping, logistics, or international trade preferred.
* Strong organizational and time management skills.
* Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
* Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, especially Excel).
* English proficiency (spoken and written); other languages are a plus.
