Job Overview

Our car dealership is seeking an F&I Closer responsible for finalizing vehicle sales by presenting financing options and protection products to customers. This person acts as a liaison between the sales and finance departments, ensuring all documents are complete, legally compliant, and professionally presented. The primary goal is to maximize dealership revenue through financial products while ensuring a transparent, ethical, and satisfactory customer experience.

F&I Closer Responsibilities and Duties

* Explain available financing options to customers and assist in selecting the most suitable plan.
* Present and sell additional products such as extended warranties, theft protection, GAP insurance, and others.
* Verify the accuracy of all documentation before vehicle delivery.
* Ensure compliance with all financial, banking, and privacy regulations.
* Collaborate with banks and financial institutions to secure loan approvals and disbursements.
* Stay up to date on interest rates, incentive programs, and lender requirements.
* Meet monthly goals for product sales and finance margins.
* Provide a professional, efficient, and courteous closing experience.
* Properly process and file financing documents and vehicle titles.
* Inform the accounting department of the deal details for processing.

Experience

* Proven experience in a similar role within the financial services industry is preferred.
* Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems to track interactions and manage client relationships effectively.
* Strong mathematical skills for performing calculations related to loans and financial transactions.
* Previous experience as a loan officer or in a related position is advantageous but not mandatory.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on delivering outstanding customer service.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19,760.00 - $90,000.00 per year
