Coordinate the activities of one or more areas of responsibility independently, including planning, work schedules, cost analyses, and administrative oversight responsibilities, among others. Provide assistance to ensure the successful competition of facility needs. Responsible for assisting in overseeing the physical assets, general maintenance repairs, preventative maintenance, and construction or projects for the company buildings.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Coordinate the repair activities to facilities of one or more areas of responsibility independently, including planning, work schedules, cost analyses, and administrative oversight responsibilities, among others.
Coordinate and oversee programs for preventive and corrective maintenance, with the advice and supervision of engineering expertise.
Responsible to perform and managing periodic inspections to corporate facilities and coordinate all repairs and maintenance with suppliers and/or internal personnel.
Plan and coordinate with suppliers or internal personnel and corporate engineers the necessary repairs and maintenance of the physical facilities, the electronic and mechanical systems.
Coordinate, plan, organize and certify corporate projects.
Ensure the development and updating the computer maintenance software, preventive and corrective maintenance of electrical and mechanical systems in all corporate facilities.
Coordinate with the advice of corporate engineers and maintain a program of preventive and corrective maintenance for the facilities of the corporation.
Participate in the development and maintenance the risk assessment programs, prevention and disaster recovery for all group companies.
Help to establish criteria for the use of consultants and contractors.
Develop and evaluate requests for proposals and tenders.
Help to evaluate and manage contracts related to its functions.
Develop indicators and processes to detect, correct and prevent situations that impact negatively.
Responsible to perform and managing periodic inspections to corporate facilities and coordinate all repairs and maintenance with suppliers and/or internal personnel.
Coordinate and be liaison between departments and divisions, concerned to remodels, relocations and projects.
Other tasks as assigned by management and that are essential.
REQUIRED EDUCATION, TRAINING, and/or PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s degree (BD) in Business Administration or Operation Management, with one (1) to three (3) years of experience in a Facilities Department.
