Facilities Lead

Jobtracks Caribbean is looking for a Facilities Lead responsible for supervising the operation and maintenance of facilities and equipment, and coordinating activities to ensure operational efficiency. Manages projects within budgets and deadlines, oversees purchase orders and inventories through management systems, and ensures compliance with safety and environmental standards. Monitors outsourced services, supports team development, and fosters continuous improvement while addressing operational needs through work orders.

*Requirements of Facilities Lead:*
* The Facilities lead must have a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
* Advanced proficiency with tools such as MS Office and SAP software.
* Fluency in English and Spanish, both spoken and written.
* The Facilities lead must have a minimum of five years' experience in technical equipment management or three years in manufacturing or related industries.
* The Facilities lead must be familiar with electrical systems, construction, and water treatment processes.
* Flexibility to work variable hours, including weekends, and availability to travel locally and internationally.

*Responsibilities of Facilities Lead:*
* The Facilities lead must supervise the operation and maintenance of facilities and equipment.
* Coordinate maintenance activities to ensure efficient operations.
* The Facilities lead must manage projects while meeting budgets and deadlines.
* Place purchase orders and oversee inventories using management systems.
* The Facilities lead must ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and operational standards.
* Monitor external services and ensure performance quality.
* The Facilities lead must support team development and training to foster continuous improvement.
* Generate work orders and address operational needs.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
