Facilities Specialist-Enterprise Rent Car

Manage various projects and programs such as moves and relocations Perform facilities assessments and maintain a tracking system to determine needed repairs and maintenance to help prioritize locations needing attention Maintain branch maintenance plans (custodial, landscape & preventative maintenance) Assist Manager with forecasts by preparing daily/weekly/monthly reports Manage facility work request system and the building automated systems Manage project moves and programs Select and manage vendors and maintain vendor agreements Analyze work orders to identify opportunities and trends Implement environmental compliance programs Assist the Manager with planning and administering control programs, policies and procedures that enable the Group/Region to effectively manage facilities Assist with construction projects including relocations and renovations Keep track of budgets Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned Working outside in all types of weather and in a typical office environment Extensive local travel is required Equal Opportunity Employer/Disability/Veterans SDL2017
