ABOUT THE ROLE:
Provide Clinical device follow:up support to implant centers, hospital, clinics as directed by Regional sales team. Report to Field Clinical Manager. Primarily, the role will expand market share at current BSC and competitive centers by delivering exceptional service through team driven directives. Assist with clinical training needs for field clinical representatives as needed including conducting in:services.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

Develop and implement a proactive regional plan that involves clinical, sales, service support, with, Regional Manager and team members, to improve market share and increase quality of service to customers.

Provide clinical device implant, follow:up and on:site training to support implant centers. Train on the theory and use of BSC software and products.

Provide on:going clinical support, which may involve candidacy criteria, assessment procedures, difficult case management and program building.
:
Report and track all fitting/patient problems at centers using corporate issue tracking procedures and seek input from appropriate personnel to resolve problems.

Mastery of the clinical assessment and diagnostic tools.

Assist in the professional education activities sponsored by BSC by participating in the on:site and field training workshops.

Assist when asked in the training and educational needs of incoming Field Clinical Representatives.

Recognize opportunities to present competitive information to further sales activities in the region.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
Bachelors degree required plus 3+ years relevant work experience preferably in medical device industry or equivalent combination of education and work experience. Experience with CRM products and selling skills preferred. Solid business and financial understanding required. Demonstrated ability to absorb technical knowledge quickly. Knowledge in cardiovascular imaging is preferred (e.g. TEE, Echo cardiograph, coronary catheterization, cardiac electrophysiology models).
