At Unisys we look for Field Support engineers with experience in installation, diagnosis, maintenance, updating and repair of products related to Servers, OS, Storage Devices and Networks.

Functions
• Installs and maintains the associated software, networks, servers and peripherals.
• Perform installations, movements, additions and changes as necessary.
• Test and certification of networks, servers and applications approved by the client.
• Provides problem tracking or escalations.
• Ensures customer satisfaction during the delivery of the service
Requisitos:
Requirements • Degree in systems engineering or related careers
• Extensive knowledge and experience in on-site technical support for servers (Desirable Proliant, Apollo, Blade system - HP equipment), storage devices, Windows / Linux OS, VMWare.
• More for travel and guards (Stand by)
• Cities: San Juan and Aguadilla
