Finance Director

Oversee the accounting operations, including the production of the Client's financial reports, maintenance of an adequate system of accounting records, and a comprehensive set of controls.
Provide support with the implementation of new clients, prepare projections, and manage business relationships with new and active clients.
Contribute fully to the development of company strategy across all areas of the business, challenging assumptions, and decision-making as appropriate and providing financial analysis and guidance on all activities, plans, targets, and business.
Provide leadership and support to accounts receivable and accounts payable departments.
Oversee the accounting operations of subsidiary corporations, especially their control systems, transaction-processing operations, and policies and procedures.

Requisitos:
Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting; MBA preferred Proven experience of minimum 10+ years
Experience as a supervisor
Fully bilingual in English and Spanish
Strong leadership abilities with the capacity to effectively communicate financial information to non-financial stakeholders
