We are seeking a detail-oriented Finance Manager to lead the financial operations of an international company based in St. Maarten (Dutch Caribbean).
This is an on-site leadership position focused on budgeting, reporting, compliance, and strategic financial planning.

*Key Responsibilities:*
* Develop and manage company budgets and forecasts
* Oversee all accounting operations (A/P, A/R, GL, inventory, cost, and revenue recognition)
* Prepare monthly financial statements and variance reports
* Ensure compliance with internal policies and local/statutory regulations
* Coordinate audits and work with external auditors
* Collaborate with business units to support decision-making and financial health
* Implement and improve internal controls and accounting procedures
* Lead month-end and year-end closing processes

*Requirements:*
* Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business
* 5+ years of relevant finance/accounting leadership experience
* Strong proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, JD Edwards, Sage preferred)
* Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
* Deep understanding of accounting regulations and compliance standards
* Excellent analytical, communication, and reporting skills
* Ability to work collaboratively and manage competing priorities
