Provides support in client service and investment advice for the Financial Consultants assigned by performing the following duties.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities 13;

Prepare reports, analysis and presentations for clients and prospects.

Prepare, review and/or update Investment Policies for clients.
:
Analyze accounts and portfolios.
:
Conduct research of companies and mutual funds, platforms and money managers.
:
Tables and investments reports.
:
Assist in follow:up to the meetings agreements with clients and team.
:
Assist in monitoring and implementing proposals.
:
Assist in preparation of newsletters, seminars, presentations for internal and /or external use.
:
Maintaining and managing CRM.
:
Assist when needed in the coordination of client meetings, presentations, minutes and f/u with clients, Pop One and outside advisors.
:
Work with the customers electronic files and other files like seminars and presentations, among others.

Bachelors Degree in Finance or Accounting 13;
13;
Experience 13;
At least three (3) years of related experience.

Certifications / Licenses 13;
FINRA Series 7 and Series 66

Advanced knowledge of the metrics or factors in the analysis of specialized industries: Securities

Knowledge of local and federal laws and regulations that apply to the financial industry
