We are seeking a *Financial Planning Analyst* to support budgeting, forecasting, and financial decision-making across departments. The ideal candidate will analyze data, prepare reports, develop financial models, and design dashboards to track key business metrics.

*Key Responsibilities:*

* Analyze current and historical financial data and performance
* Create financial forecasts and predictive models
