General Description
The main function of this position is to daily monitor the law firms and their compliance with the department’s guidelines. The daily revision of the cases with sale date assigned, draft sale instructions and send them to the attorneys and verify their compliance. Analyze title studies and draft charge offs when applicable. Upload sale and post-sale documentation required by the Process Management System. Provide all documentation requested by investors and insurers as required.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
They communicate daily (email, telephone) with the law firms to obtain documents and monitor progress among other tasks. They analyze the requests received from investors and send the requested documentation. Must have knowledge of the documentation generated by the execution process, mainly the auction and post-auction process in order to comply with the daily requests of investors, REO sections and Claims. Knowledge in the interpretation of title studies and registration certifications in order to comply with the requests of investors and insurers. Knowledge in the interpretation of documents obtained from the Municipal Collection Center (CRIM) with the purpose of knowing how to answer a request from an investor, insurer or internal. Work with assigned special projects. Support the team in additional tasks as needed.
Minimum Education
+ 60 Bachelor's degree credits approved
Experience
At least one year of related experience in banking or foreclosure processes.
