General Description
Defines specific actions to be taken to stop fraud from happening or detect it early by performing the following duties:
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Data gathering and design new fraud prevention processes for multiple areas within the institution. Understand existing processes, mapping the processes and made recommendations of this processes. Ability to manage projects from start to end. Receive fraud cases and perform preliminary reviews to try and detect evident patterns and opportunities that could drive preventive actions to help reduce fraud incidence. Recommend actions plans to maintain or improve service levels or business results, while decreasing fraud effectively. Receives and analyze information, to make recommendations and define or create a curse of action using programming language (e.g., VBA, DAX, SQL). Creates and justify projects to implement the actions defined.
Minimum Education
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering or Industrial Engineering
Experience
At least two year of experience in banking related to fraud or investigations.
