Fraud Risk Manager

Descripción del Empleo:
The Fraud Risk Manager provides support in the daily operations of the Operational Risk Management Unit. Ensures policies and procedures are followed. Project Management skills are required. The Fraud Risk Lead supervises and leads as a partner to the business, supporting a balance between customer experiences and retaining the appropriate fraud risk management discipline to achieve strategic goals.
Requisitos:
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration in Accounting, Finance, IT or Industrial Engineering.
Five (5) or more years of experience in Fraud management, experience in consumer or commercial banking required. Experience supervising teams of two or more employees required.
Ability to and manage multiple priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven, detail-oriented work environment, and adapt to changes in workflow. Proactive with excellent troubleshooting, problem resolution, and follow-through skills.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Spanish and English.
Computer literate with proficiency in Windows 7, Windows 10, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, Microsoft Visio, and basic programming (SAS and/or SQL).
