Front Desk Agent

The Front Desk Agent is responsible for providing attentive, courteous and efficient service to all guests during check-in, throughout their stay, and at checkout, while maximizing room revenue and occupancy.
*Part-time position.
Requisitos:
Education & Experience: •One or more years of progressive experience in customer service or related area.
•Associate Degree in related field.
•Experience utilizing computer programs
•Must be bilingual (Spanish & English)
Physical Requirements:
•Flexible and long hours sometimes required.
•Light work - Exerting up to 20 pounds of force occasionally.
•Ability to stand during entire shift.
•Practice safe working habits, including bending and lifting appropriately to avoid injury, reporting hazards, appropriate use of cleaning chemicals and working to minimize tripping hazards.
