Seeking organized and customer-service oriented people with great attitude to join our front desk team starting immediately. Job duties include guest check-in/out, room management, communication with housekeeping team, property management, answering questions about the area, handling complains and more. Must be available days, nights, weekends and holidays.
Requisitos:
Skilled in MS Office, data entry and general computer tasks – Customer service experience – Knowledge of Cloudbeds a plus – Knowledge of Expedia, Booking.com and HotelTonight a plus – Phone answering skills – Knowledge of San Juan area.
