Position Overview
As a key member of our team, you'll ensure every guest enjoys an exceptional stay. Your role will involve addressing guest needs, resolving issues efficiently, and upholding our high standards of service.
Key Responsibilities
* Primary Guest Contact: Respond promptly to guest requests, resolve issues efficiently, and deliver outstanding service aligned with Otium's hospitality principles.
* Check-In Experience: Guide guests through a smooth and welcoming check-in process.
* Issue Resolution: Assist with basic maintenance and technology concerns (e.g., light bulb replacements, Wi-Fi connectivity, upholstery stain removal) and coordinate contractor visits as needed.
* Housekeeping Standards: Conduct quality audits and inventory checks to uphold our hospitality standards, providing real-time feedback to vendors.
* Inventory & Logistics Support: Prepare turnover kits, receive deliveries, and track linen and consumable usage to maintain operational efficiency.
* Workspace Organization: Manage and maintain offices, storage closets, and other work areas as needed.

Preferred Experience
* Customer service experience in hospitality or a similar industry.
* Proficiency in front desk operations, guest services, and hotel management systems.
* Strong communication skills and ability to multitask.
* Experience with night audit procedures and multi-line phone systems.
* Multilingual abilities are a plus.
* Knowledge of resort operations and hospitality industry best practices.
