Descripción del Empleo:
- Create and send customer invoices for biweekly and monthly periods
- Prepare payroll reports for internal and external resources and generate time-sheets to be included along with payroll reports
- Follow up with clients regarding late billing and solve any inconvenience
- Create an internal account for new resources and send a welcome email with information on how to access their account and enter their hours
- Create/add/assign projects to resources in the internal system
- Send payroll reminder email to resources
- Provide customer service to resources, with any inconveniences they might have regarding payroll, hours, and other issues
Requisitos:
- Bachelor degree in Business Administration and 1 (one) year of experience.
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or office admin assistant
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problem solving skills - Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both, English and Spanish - Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.
