Key Responsibilities:
* *Monitoring and Managing Inventory:*Tracking stock levels, identifying shortages, and ensuring sufficient supply to meet demand.
* *Supplier Management:*Sourcing suppliers, negotiating contracts, and resolving supply-related issues.
* *Inventory Control:*Implementing and maintaining inventory control systems, including barcoding and computerized systems.
* *Team Leadership:*Hiring, training, and supervising warehouse staff, delegating tasks, and creating rosters.
* *Data Analysis and Reporting:*Analyzing inventory data, generating reports on inventory performance, and identifying areas for improvement.
* *Cost Management:*Monitoring inventory costs, identifying cost-saving opportunities, and managing inventory expenses.
* *Physical Inventory Counts:*Conducting regular physical inventory counts to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies.
* *Coordination with Other Departments:*Collaborating with sales, production, and logistics teams to align inventory management with business needs.

* *Inventory Management Software:* Proficient in using and implementing inventory management software.
