General Accountant

Busy Season Staffing Solutions specializes in the recruiting of accounting, tax and finance professionals and executives in Puerto Rico. Currently we are recruiting to fill a General Accountant position for a private company. Responsibilities:

• Prepare, examine, and analyze accounting records and financial reports to assess.
• Prepare, track and reconcile invoices and payments.
• Prepare and reconcile checks for suppliers.
• Payroll Understanding of basic process and common question.
• Maintain the general ledger.
• Establish tables of accounts and assign entries to proper accounts (bookkeeping).
• Develop, implement, modify, and document record-keeping and accounting systems
Requisitos:
Qualifications and Skills: • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Accounting.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting.
• Knowledge of MS Office, specially Excel and Word, Microsoft GP Dynamics
• Bilingual, English and Spanish.
• Strong Analytical Skills.
• Working knowledge of complete accounting cycle.
• Must be a self-starter with the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment, interfacing with internal and external customers, and meeting project timelines.
