We are looking for a General Manager.
Job Summary We are seeking an experienced and dynamic General Manager to lead our organization in the food industry.
The ideal candidate will have a proven record of accomplishment in strategic leadership, operational excellence, and market growth within the food sector.
As President, you will be responsible for overseeing all business functions, driving growth, ensuring operational efficiency, and maintaining the overall health of the organization.
This role requires strong leadership skills, financial acumen, and a deep understanding of the food industry landscape.
Responsibilities and Duties ·   Leadership & Strategy: Lead the overall strategic direction of the company, ensuring alignment with long-term objectives.
Provide visionary leadership to executive teams, departments, and stakeholders to ensure successful implementation of strategies.
·  Operations Management: Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring operational efficiency and the successful execution of business plans.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensure optimal resource allocation across departments.
·  Financial Oversight: Manage the financial performance of the company, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
Ensure profitability and financial stability, with a focus on cost control and margin improvement.
·  Market Growth: Identify new business opportunities and markets to drive revenue growth.
Foster strategic partnerships, explore mergers and acquisitions, and develop new products or services aligned with market demands.
·  Team Development: Lead and mentor senior management, promoting a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Develop leadership within the organization and ensure the recruitment and retention of top talent.
·  Brand & Public Relations: Represent the company in public forums, trade shows, and with media outlets.
Strengthen the company's brand presence and reputation in the food industry through effective communication and strategic PR.
·  Compliance & Quality Assurance: Ensure the company adheres to all regulatory requirements and industry standards for food safety, quality control, and environmental sustainability.
Oversee the implementation of industry best practices.
Education ·  Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Food Science, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
·  Minimum of 15 years of experience in senior leadership roles within the food industry.
·  Strong financial management skills with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
·  Proven success in scaling operations, driving business growth, and managing large teams.
·  In-depth knowledge of food industry trends, regulations, and best practices.
·  Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
·  Ability to think strategically and execute with precision.
