JOB DESCRIPTION

* Ensure compliance with the company's financial and strategic objectives.
* Establish and follow up on the annual action plan.
* Plan and schedule operational and administrative activities.
* Conduct operational and administrative analysis.
* Exercise judgment involving personnel, operations, and fiscal resources.
* Responsible for supervising financial processes.
* Manage resources to meet customer expectations, needs, and goals, with emphasis on teamwork, development, productivity, service quality, and cost.
* Interact with peers, subordinates, and others at the same level to exchange or gather information for specific purposes.
* Ensure compliance with regulations, specifications, and state and federal regulations (FDA, USDA, HACCP).
* Negotiate and represent the company before Airport Authorities, federal entities, and/or related agencies in operational and/or administrative matters.
* Provide necessary tools to train staff.
* Evaluate and supervise the performance of employees reporting to this position.
* Ensure compliance with airline and customer specifications.
* Prepare and control the budget based on business needs.
* Responsible for reviewing and maintaining new business opportunities.
* Attend client presentations and contract signings according to specifications.
* Implement, maintain, and ensure compliance with Sky Caterers' code of conduct, disciplinary rules, and sanitation standards (GMPs).
* Attend and take an active role in management meetings.
* Resolve any operational issues or problems that may arise.
* Seek continuous improvement in work processes.
* Hold weekly meetings with Department Managers.

REQUIREMENTS:

* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is required.
* Knowledge of GMPs, SSOP, HACCP, USDA, FDA, and other regulatory agencies or standards is necessary.
* Proficiency in computerized systems, strategic planning, and the interpretation and analysis of financial statements is also required.
* A minimum of five (5) years of experience in a food company is essential, with familiarity in unions, operations, marketing, and supervision.
* Bilingual (English and Spanish) required.
