We are looking for Sales Manager.Requirements:Guide and train Sales team to build, develop and retain clients’ portfolio, providing digital media solutions on a business to business approach.Lead by example as a team player, engaging the Sales team to company’s goals.Invest time on Coaching One on One or On the Job Coaching (OJC) to Sales team.Provide continuous feedback intervention on how to respond briefly and proactively to client’s objections in order to sell the best digital media solutions.Maintain current knowledge of digital products and industry trends to share with Sales team.Monitor the funnel for Sales team to determine the achievement strategy.Demonstrate passion for new technology and innovation to solve client problems.Qualifications:Minimum of 3 years proven experience in Sales Management and relevant contacts within the industry (preferred).Exhibit expertise regarding full sales cycle and proven ability to hit revenue targets.Proven ability to develop and maintain relationships at multiple levels, developing and maintaining B2B sales.Previous experience managing a CRM system (i.e. Salesforce).Previous experience establishing sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for territories.Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related area.Knowledge of Microsoft O?ce software is required.Excellent compensation package offered for this opportunity.Includes Base Salary, Car Allowance, Benefits, Commissions.We are an Equal Opportunity Employer - As an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer, the organization will not discriminate in its employment practices due to an applicant’s race, color, religion, sex, national origin, veteran or disability status, or any other protected classification.
