Grill Chef / Parrillero

Duties:
- Prepare and cook food items on the grill according to established recipes and quality standards.
- Set up and stock the grill station with all necessary supplies.
- Clean and maintain the grill area, including equipment and utensils.
- Ensure that food is cooked to the appropriate temperature and presented in an appealing manner.
- Monitor food inventory and communicate any shortages or discrepancies to the supervisor.
- Follow all safety and sanitation procedures when handling food and operating equipment.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and efficient service.
Experience:
- Previous experience as a grill cook or in a similar role is a must.
- Knowledge of grilling techniques, cooking temperatures, and food safety guidelines.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with team members and customers.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
