The hotel business functions seven days a week, 24 hours a day. All Team Members must realize this fact and be aware that at all times it may be necessary to move Team Members from their accustomed shift as business demands change. In addition, this is a hospitality business and a hospitable service atmosphere must be projected at all times.
We are seeking a Guest Services Manager to help us maintain a high standard of guest satisfaction. In this role, you will oversee our front office, reservations, bellman and operator teams. You will also coordinate with all other departments to ensure every guest has an exceptional experience throughout their stay.
*Duties and Responsibilities*
* Oversee day-to-day operations in the hotel.
* Schedule and oversee front office staff, including operators, bellman, concierges, and reservations agents.
* Evaluate staff performance as they interact with guests.
* Resolve customer complaints.
* Assist with guest services tasks as needed.
*Requirements*
* Hospitality management experience.
* Extensive knowledge of hotel policies and procedures.
* Attention to detail.
* Customer service and leadership skills.
* Computer proficiency.
