Handy Man

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Handy Man to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintenance and repair tasks in various facilities.

Responsibilities

* Perform general maintenance tasks such as painting, carpentry work, and repairing equipment
* Conduct routine inspections to identify and resolve issues
* Respond promptly to repair requests
* Install appliances, fixtures, and equipment
* Maintain tools and equipment in good condition

Requirements

* Proven experience as a Handy Man or similar role
* Proficient in using tools and equipment
* Strong knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems
* Ability to read technical manuals and drawings
* Excellent problem-solving skills
* Physical stamina and strength to perform manual labor

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $2,500.00 per month

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week

Schedule:

* 10 hour shift
* 12 hour shift
* 8 hour shift

Ability to Commute:

* San Juan, PR 00901 (Required)

Ability to Relocate:

* San Juan, PR 00901: Relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Willingness to travel:

* 25% (Preferred)
