*Responsibilities*
* Conduct routine maintenance tasks, including plumbing, electrical, and carpentry work.
* Perform repairs on appliances, fixtures, and furniture as needed.
* Assist with painting, drywall installation, and other home improvement projects.
* Respond to service requests in a timely manner, ensuring customer satisfaction.
* Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
* Keep accurate records of work performed and materials used.
* Collaborate with other team members to complete larger projects efficiently.

*Requirements*
* Proven experience as a Handy Man or in a similar role.
* Strong knowledge of various repair techniques and maintenance practices.
* Ability to troubleshoot issues effectively and efficiently.
* Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
* Good physical condition and strength to perform manual labor tasks.
* Strong communication skills to interact with clients professionally.
* A valid driver's license is preferred but not mandatory.
* Certification in relevant fields (e.g., plumbing, electrical) is a plus but not required.
