This will be an extremely fast-paced project and while the work will be hard, the rewards will be great as we do our part to help rebuild Puerto Rico. This position is based out of our Puerto Rico office and fluency in Spanish and English is an essential requirement. Preference will be given to local Puerto Rico applicants or those wishing to move back to Puerto Rico with current knowledge of local regulations. Key Responsibilities Organize financial information and back up documentation into a logical manner by project with summary schedules ·Prepare report/invoice in a clear and structured manner for submission of all information ·Oversee the preparation of reports/invoices of other analysts working on this effort Interact with specialists in other technical practice areas in support of projects. Basic Requirements Bachelor's Degree or High school diploma 3 years of Hazard Mitigation 404 experience 3 years of Financial experience Team player with strong problem-solving skills, strong written and verbal communication skills, good organizational skills, a willingness to learn, the ability to self-manage multiple tasks and priorities, and the willingness to seek help from senior experts as needed. Proficiency with Microsoft Office software products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project). Preferred Skills/Experience: Experience with federal funded programs (HUD, FEMA) Professional Skills: Excellent verbal, interpersonal and written communication skills. Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making capabilities. Team player with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
