*Job Summary*

We are seeking a skilled and creative Head Chef to lead our culinary team in delivering exceptional dining experiences. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food and a proven track record in kitchen and hospitality management.

*Responsibilities*
* Oversee all aspects of the kitchen operations, including menu planning, food preparation, and presentation
* Manage inventory levels and ordering to ensure freshness and cost-effectiveness
* Train, supervise, and schedule kitchen staff to maintain high standards of food quality and service
* Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
* Collaborate with the management team on budgeting, pricing, and strategic planning
* Develop new recipes and innovative dishes to meet customer preferences

*Requirements*
* Extensive experience in the food industry with a focus on kitchen management
* Strong knowledge of food handling procedures, inventory management, and shift management
* Proficiency in ensuring compliance with food safety standards
* Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and mentor kitchen staff
* Certification in food safety is preferred
* Bartending experience is a plus
