Health It Support Specialist

We are seeking a Health IT Support Specialist managing and leading projects involving the Electronic Health Records (EHR) system eClinical Works, as well as troubleshooting issues, driving system improvements and performing optimization tasks to ensure a healthy and operational mission critical system.
Building and managing relationships with our Super Users, Champions, Care Coordinators and Medical Leadership Team to understand and improve clinical workflows. Assisting in identification of opportunities for process and quality improvement both internally to eCW and in patient flow or clinic operations. Define eCW roadmap for the next 2 to 3 years. Escalating risks and issues as appropriate to the project sponsor and/or the external partner. Participating in troubleshooting tasks and project involving labs, Health Information Exchanges (HIE), immunization registries and others.
Requirements:
Bachelor Degree in area related, Two or more years using eClincial Works or similar electronic health record system required. Experience with troubleshooting and resolving EHR issues, while managing projects (multi-tasking) in a fast paced, dynamic working environment required. Able to travel to Orlando
