Supervise the functions of division insuring that the protocols and procedures are followed as established. Define strategies for assessing customer needs and evaluating their satisfaction levels. Lead, guide and coordinate the work team in charge, ensuring their motivation and a good working environment; ensuring continuous meetings with employees. Evaluate the trends of the projects and find new strategies if needed. Develops and make presentations on clinical and non-clinical matters related to different Health Company Programs.

Requisitos:
•Master’s degree in business administration, Psychology, Health Education, or related areas
•Minimum of three years of supervision experience, preferably in a Call Center
•Knowledge of federal and state labor laws, applicable to Puerto Rico
•Strong knowledge in compliance laws and regulations within the Health Industry
•Proficiency in computer systems/applications used within a Call Center, advanced Excel skills
•Excellent project management, analytical and priority setting skills
•Customer service oriented;
•Excellent oral and written communication skills (Spanish and English)
