Healthcare Customer Service

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES This position is responsible for various client related activities. Coordinate and communicate Pre-Service and Post-Service cases with members, clients, Brokers and Account Management Coordinate and communicate directly with Team and Managers on VBP issues Contracting through PNOA Network providers QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS High School diploma or Equivalent 2 plus years Customer Service experience with healthcare experience Knowledge of health plan operations including customer service and claims, reporting and provider interaction. Must Be BILINGUAL ENGLISH/SPANISH Excellent oral and written communication Ability to work independently and as part of a team, detail oriented, data entry, 10-key, ICD/CPT/HCPCS coding.
