• Escalate tickets to Tier 2 Help Desk when unable to resolve by Tier 1.
• Reporting of Tier 1 Help Desk tickets and related performance.
• Reviews User Satisfaction surveys.
• Bachelor's degree • Healthcare Industry background • OIAT
• Hardware & Software background
