Job Requirements: Dishwashers/Stewards Clean and sanitize china, glass, silver, pots and pans, stainless steel and entire kitchen, including walls, floors, drains, equipment Dispose of trash properly, maintain dumpster area; Report broken/damaged equipment for repair. Cooks Follow recipes; cut, chop, slice, prepare food as required; basic knife skills; prepare daily requisition for supplies Operate kitchen equipment - gas stove, ovens, mixers, etc Control storage of food product along with keeping work area clean Servers Ability to communicate with guests Excellent knowledge of English to take orders Serve/deliver food and beverage to guests Asst with open and closing of restaurant/food and beverage area Set up/clean/tear down work station; prepare side work; advise kitchen of items ordered, present check to guest, clear table/remove trays from guestrooms Housekeepers Clean guest rooms, public spaces, halls, conference facilities Duties include but not limited to: make beds/change sheets; clean bathrooms, clean/polish windows and mirros; dust, vacuum, mop; wipe walls, dispose of refuse; remove/sort/fold/carry/replace linens Laundry Attendants Perform all stages of linen processing, to include but not limited to: sort and weigh soiled/unsoiled linens Clean laundry machines; assist in laundry inventory; clean laundry area; fold and store valet and laundry bags; Ability to stand 7 hours in fast paced environment; operate washer and dryer equipment; move/lift 50 lbs including linen, linen carts and linen bags Golf Course Maintenance Associates Water, fertilize, dig holes for plants, mow, rake, and seed and sod golf course, along with other duties We will provide housing & meals programs. Pay rate ranges are from $8.50 to $10.00 to start
