*Overview*
We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Host/Server to join our team in delivering exceptional dining experiences. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a passion for guest services, ensuring that every visitor feels welcomed and valued. This role is pivotal in creating a positive atmosphere and maintaining high standards of hospitality within our restaurant.

*Duties*

* Greet guests warmly upon arrival and guide them to their tables.
* Manage reservations and waitlists efficiently using Aloha POS or similar systems.
* Take food and beverage orders accurately, ensuring all guest requests are met.
* Provide knowledgeable recommendations on menu items and specials.
* Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including resetting tables for new guests.
* Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly, fostering positive guest relations.
* Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and quality food delivery.
* Process payments through the POS system, ensuring accuracy in transactions.
* Uphold restaurant policies and procedures while providing top-notch customer service.

*Requirements*

* Previous experience in a food service or hospitality role is preferred but not mandatory.
* Strong phone etiquette with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
* Familiarity with POS systems, particularly Aloha POS, is a plus.
* Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on guest services and relations.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
* Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.
* A positive attitude and a commitment to providing outstanding hospitality.
