Descripción del Empleo:
We are seeking a Full-Time Front Desk Clerk to become a part of our team! The Guest Service Agent is responsible for providing attentive, courteous and efficient service to all guests during check-in, throughout their stay, and at checkout, while maximizing room revenue and occupancy. • Bilingual • Other detailed responsibilities will be discussed in the interview process.
Requisitos:
• Previous experience in customer service, front desk service, or other related fields; Hotel Front Desk experience required* • Strong organizational skills • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Computer experience required • Follow all cash handling and credit policies • Maintain a warm and friendly demeanor at all times • Must be effective at listening to, understanding, and clarifying concerns raised by employees and guests • Obtain all necessary information when taking room reservations • Must be effective in handling problems, including anticipating, preventing, identifying and solving problems as necessary. • Must be able to maintain the confidentiality of information • Answer inquiries from guests regarding restaurants, transportation, entertainment, etc. • This position requires you to be able to work any shift including weekdays, weekends, nights and holidays.
