Job Description We are seeking a HOUSEKEEPER/ HOUSEMAN to join our team in. Characteristics needed: Willing and able to work Reliable Responsible Professional Honest Neat appearance Clean background Able to clean 16 rooms in 8hrs with the possibility of anywhere to 8-10 checkouts daily Very Detail Oriented Self Motivated Report any defects in room in a timely manner Able to work under pressure Ability to work on multiple floors if needed Responsibilities: Clean residential homes, businesses, or office locations Ensure a clean and orderly environment Sterilize various tools and equipment Move reasonably small furniture as necessary Maintain working condition of cleaning equipment Qualifications: Previous experience in cleaning, maintenance, or other related fields Familiarity with cleaning materials and equipment Strong attention to detail Strong work ethic An in-house drug test may be applied. English/Spanish Language Preferred. Shifts can be from 8-5AM Weekend availability required Must have flexible availability Duties to include: Sweeping Mopping Dusting Sanitizing Cleaning bathrooms. Washing/drying linens, etc. Maintenance Must have reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
