• Deliver linens, towels, amenities, and other housekeeping supplies to guest rooms and housekeeping staff as requested.
• Respond promptly to guest requests such as extra pillows, blankets, toiletries, or other items.
• Assist room attendants by restocking carts and removing trash or soiled linens.
• Transport dirty laundry to the laundry area and return clean linens to storage or assigned floors.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of housekeeping storage areas and closets.
• Communicate effectively with the housekeeping team, front desk, and maintenance staff to fulfill guest needs quickly.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards encountered during duties.
• Follow all hotel policies, procedures, and safety standards.
Requisitos:
• Previous experience in housekeeping or hospitality preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and time management skills.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy items (up to 50 lbs) and stand/walk for extended periods.
• Friendly, helpful, and team-oriented attitude.
• Must be dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented.
• Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays as needed.
