Housekeeping Wanted - Employing A Hardworking Home Cleaner/Property Manager In Guanica Puerto Rico, Seeking Housekeeper

We are looking for someone to help clean and manage a vacation rental property near Guanica. Duties would include: - Cleaning the apartments before guest arrival (there are 3 apartments) - Managing upkeep and repairs of house and grounds - Being available to help guests if needs arise - Keeping inventory of household items, purchasing supplies, and documenting receipts/expenses Our busy seasons are during the summer months, holidays, and winter season. The applicant needs to be bi-lingual, have their own transportation, very responsible, able to work some weekends, and must be able to work independently. Salary paid monthly with bonuses for 5 star reviews and commissions for renting the apartments. More opportunities available for the right person.
