We are seeking a Human Resources Generalist to join our HR department in Puerto Rico and support our positive and inclusive workplace culture. Experience as an HR Generalist in the United States is required for this role. Responsibilities include day-to-day HR administration, payroll, benefits administration, employee relations, and recruiting.

This is a full-time position in our Guaynabo office. Occasional travel to our Texas locations may be required. TAS United is committed to supporting our employees.

Position Responsibilities Include:

· Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including posting jobs, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and onboarding selected candidates.

· Conduct new hire orientations and ensure completion of all onboarding paperwork and policy reviews.

· Respond to employee inquiries related to policies, benefits, employment verification, and unemployment claims.

· Address employee relations matters, conduct investigations, and provide guidance on conflict resolution.

· Maintain and update the HRIS system (ADP), including document tracking, payroll processing, and employee records.

· Manage user access for supervisors and management within the HRIS (ADP).

· Assist with bi-weekly payroll processing, including final pay, manual checks, and garnishments.

· Maintain professional, unbiased relationships with employees at all levels.

· Accept and apply constructive feedback.

· Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Education Requirements:

· Education: Minimum bachelor's degree in human resources or equivalent. SHRM/HRCI certification preferred.

· Experience: Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Human Resources; prior use of ADP HRIS/Payroll software preferred.

Knowledge & Skills:

· Familiarity with recruitment and I-9 documentation requirements

· Strong written and verbal communication skills

· Reliable, trustworthy, and high integrity

· Strong attention to detail and accuracy

· Effective time management and confidentiality handling
