The Role: We are in search of a dynamic and people passionate HR Manager to provide support to employees and managers within our thriving team. This position will lead all HR programs start to finish and collaborate on company-wide projects and initiatives. Core Responsibilities: • Serve as the first line of contact for the organization on HR related matters. • Acts as liaison between employee and management to answer questions or concerns regarding company policies, practices and regulations. • Pay wages, federal and state taxes, Labor and Industries fees, and unemployment fees for each state for CAG. • Manage new hire setup, on-boarding and terminations including employment contracts, payroll, benefits and other HR programs. • Ensure that contracts for employment are accurate and reflect state/federal laws. • Evolve and execute new hire orientation and other training & development programs company-wide. • Facilitate actions to resolve employee concerns, ensure accurate and timely documentation of concerns or issues, and escalate as appropriate. • Manage employee data and maintain accurate and up to date employee files. • Administer quarterly and/or annual performance reviews. • Refine HR practices; maintain, update and review employee handbook as needed. • Handle general administrative tasks and special projects as assigned. You have: • A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources or related field, or equivalent work experience. • 3 years’ experience in Human Resources • Experience with HRIS Systems (ADP is a plus).
