General Description

Respond to internal and external customers’ questions and general inquiries related to Human Resources systems, processes and policies.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Provide exceptional customer service by responding to all walk-in customer service requests, inbound customer calls and written correspondences. Build rapport with each customer. Actively listen to customers’ requests and inquires and resolve them according the established period. Provide internal customers and applicants’ orientation about ZAP, ZAP Performance, ZAP Finance systems, and Our People processes, and policies related to Talent and Acquisition, Compensation, Performance Management, Learning and Development, Organizational Development, Employee Relations, Benefits and Payroll. Document in detail all interactions with customers. Refer some situations to Human Resources specialized units.

Minimum Education

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Labor Relations or Psychology.

Experience

One (1) year of related experience in human resources.
