Talent Acquisition Team

General Description

Manage all strategic sourcing and recruitment for the assigned business areas while working closely with the Talent Acquisition Leaders and other key stakeholders on candidate sourcing strategy, intelligence, recruitment channels and market conditions. Develop a thorough understanding of the business, client needs, specific talent pools and innovations necessary to flawlessly execute. Foster and cultivate relationships with key candidates and large-scale talent pools to deliver upon both immediate short-term needs and strategic long-term networks to be leveraged downstream. Demonstrate the ability to do more than simple name generation, but rather, the capability to develop, execute against, and assess the productivity of comprehensive search strategies.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Guide Hiring Managers and HR Business Partners through recruiting and talent selection

Lead strategic recruitment meetings with hiring managers and their teams to identify the hiring need, define the right profile and agree on the recruitment strategy with a service level agreement

Identify key behavioral and technical competencies that drive success, share recruitment sourcing strategy, and set expectations around process and timeline

Partner with Sourcers to establish talent pipeline and to ensure understanding of job and availability of the profile

Extend offers and responsible of the hiring process to selected candidates.

Must be highly motivated and goal-oriented to exceed expectations

Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and responsibilities is required

This position requires an extremely perceptive person, who is capable of relating to individuals at all levels. As unique situations present themselves, the incumbent must be sensitive to corporate needs, employee goodwill, and the public image.

Ability to establish consultative relationships with business areas.

Must possess exceptional organizational, time management, administrative, communication, and customer service skills.

Benchmarking, Change management & Business Analysis skills required

Works well in a team environment or independently.

Great attention to detail with all work products, output and communication.

Ability to deliver presentations in a professional manner / strong presentation skills

Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish

Proficiency in MS office products including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint required

Minimum Education

Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related fields

Experience

Three years of related experience.
