General Description
Responsible for ensuring a sound administration of the corporations’ learning management system functionality, focused primarily, but not solely, on technical aspects to support the regulatory and compliance eLearning schedules.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Lead the programming of the Assignment Profiles for online courses, request the certification to the content owners and monitor its effectiveness to adjust changes accordingly.
Monitor performance of the LMS application (Success Factors – SSFF) in order to comply with the training assignments.
Upload courses and make functionality testing.
Collaborate with the sustainment of the L&D Governance by servicing LMS - SSFF users related to functionality, application execution, and needs tailored to their respective business units.
Lead and collaborate in compliance related learning projects along with the project owners, compliance experts and external consultants, when applicable.
Analyze training participations, assignment profiles, recurring incidents through effective management of MS Excel and Power BI applications.
Prepare, analyze and prepare sound reports related to compliance matters audit requests.
Work directly with the L&D team and trainers in other business units to support them to adopt and successfully use the Corporate LMS – SSFF platform as part of the L&D Governance.
Maintain system catalogs standardization in order to maintain data consistency (i.e. for participation reports).
Provide technical assistance to inquiries from to users regarding eLearning errors, problems, or questions in the LMS - SSFF platform.
Manage special projects upon request.
Keep the track of the freshly uploaded relevant courses, materials, and workshops within the LMS.
Recognize and resolve the issues that may appear when it comes to course design, its configuration or infrastructure.
Make sure that the LMS works properly and act fast if it comes to bugs and unexpected errors.
Help the learners with any issues.
Defining user roles.
Minimum Education
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Education, Industrial Engineering, Labor Relations or Psychology.
Experience
Three (3) years of experience working in Human Recourses analytical roles using (HRIS) Human Recourses Information Systems, audit management, project management and preparation of formal reports. Experience with (LMS) Learning Management System, Success Factors, is a plus.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities (KSA’s)
Accuracy and strong attention to detail when accomplishing tasks.
Communication skills to be able to effectively interact with internal and external stakeholders.
Demonstrated experience working effectively with multiple deadlines and projects, in a fast-paced environment and aggressive due dates, as well as passionate stakeholders and users.
Computer and technological skills: Advanced proficiency in the Microsoft suite (i.e., PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, and Word) and other presentation software. Experience with data management tools such as Power Pivot, Power BI, among others is desired. Familiarity with eLearning authoring tools and related, as such as Articulate 360, Articulate Storyline 3, Adobe Captivate, Vyond, Camtasia, and Learning Management Systems (i.e. SuccessFactors Learning is a plus).
Project Management: Ability to work with multiple projects and tasks with minimum supervision. Capacity to achieve results according to plan ensuring the expected quality. Excellent organization capacity to define priorities, meet deadlines, and flexible to change. Knowledge on project coordination, identification of business needs, work plan, budget control, time management, resource allocation, team management and status reports. Must demonstrate collaboration, logic, and reasoning skills.
Operational/Regulations Processes: Knowledge on budget administration, resources allocation, organization’s policies, and regulations. Ability to establish, conduct and track operational processes properly, and implement changes.
Accountability: Ability to work with little or no supervision, meeting deadlines on time and with the expected quality.
