OBJETIVO DEL CARGO

Asiste con la administración de las operaciones diarias de las funciones y deberes de recursos humanos

ACTIVIDADES PRINCIPALES

:
Administración de personal:nómina, incidencias, reportes, y actualización de expedientes.

:
Reclutamiento y Selección de personal.

:
Apoyo en compras y actividades de las oficinas.

:
Estrategia de Bienestar de la compañía, y reconocimientos.

REQUISITOS

:
Carrera concluida en Recursos Humanos, Administración de Empresas, Ingeniería Industrial, Psicología o carrera a fin.

:
Mínimo 2 años de experiencia en puestos similares.

:
Inglés avanzado.
