If yes, then we have an exciting Senior Associate role with our Talent Development and Diversity and Inclusion team within our Human Capital Management (HCM) division based in Shanghai.
As a division, Human Capital Management (HCM) recruits, develops, and rewards the people of the firm. Our teams advise, design, and implement strategies, processes, and technologies that help our people advance professionally, drive productivity, and help the firm and our clients achieve superior results.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND QUALIFICATIONS
You will be part of a global team responsible for evolving and driving the firm’s talent management strategies by taking a person-by-person approach to talent development and diversity and inclusion. We help evolve the firm’s diversity strategy by fostering an environment that values different perspectives, challenges conventional thinking, and maximizes the potential of all our people.
You will play a critical role working across all divisions and offices in China to support the firm's learning culture and diversity mission to create an environment which attracts, retains and maximizes the development of its diverse community of employees.
HOW YOU WILL FULFILL YOUR POTENTIAL:
Collaborate closely with global colleagues to implement blended learning and D&I solutions
Advise clients on the development, delivery and design of world class learning, diversity recruitment, retention, succession planning and promotion practices
Leverage data and metrics to inform our approach, communicate priorities, and measure progress
Developing China’s leadership pipeline, integrating hires into the firm and its culture
Analyze needs in consultation with stakeholders, and develop commercial and innovative solutions aligned to global priorities
Research thought-provoking content and frameworks that supports learning needs and facilitate sessions for various levels
Drive your own learning and growth at the firm
TOP TRAITS WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
Demonstrated experience in delivering, designing and facilitating solutions that drive: diversity and inclusion and talent development and management
Intellectual curiosity and problem-solving acumen to transform abstract ideas into tangible solutions
Highly organized; excellent project management skills, attention to detail and follow-through
Excellent communication skills both written and oral in English and Mandarin; candidates should have comfort presenting and facilitating discussions
Results-oriented; ability to balance multiple time-sensitive projects while maintaining a longer term strategic focus
Ability to analyze data, draw conclusions and handle sensitive information with high ethical judgement
High collaborator, with an ability to build consensus with others, influence outcomes and work with local, regional and global colleagues
