We are looking for a Talent Management professional who develops a variety of talent management activities, such as training programs, needs assessments & employee development initiatives through the design and facilitation of creative training events and educational programs. This position is under minimal supervision and works more independently. Conduct needs assessments in collaboration with area management. Design and generate reporting for training activities effectiveness. Primary Responsibilities: Provides assistance in training disciplines within HR (e.g. training coordination, data entry, active communication with vendors and suppliers, and departmental administrative work, etc.). Responds to complex email and phone inquiries regarding HR policies, personnel procedures, Employee Scholar Programs (ESP). Conducts and/or oversees the gathering, verification and processing of personnel training related documentation. Ensures the maintenance of personnel records in relevant training process/systems. Reviews reports generated on personnel-related data to provide to management for further research. Analyze, develop and implement new training processes for functional areas. Map out annual training plans for management, HR, customer support and more Work in collaboration with multi-functional area to develop training materials such as: module, test and on the job training. Conducts quantitative and qualitative analyses on training programs to highlight key trends. Monitors routine and standardized training programs, assesses results and implements enhancements as needed. Support the training needs assessments and plans requirements for workforce development. Define and create employee curricula based on job requirements. Maintain updated curriculum database and training records Conducts ongoing evaluations to ensure effectiveness of training programs and recommends modifications as necessary. Administer and maintain the Global Learning Portal (GLP) Learning Management System for the site. Marketing available training opportunities to employees and provide necessary information. Use known education principles and stay up-to-date on new training methods and techniques Gather feedback from trainers and trainees after each educational session Qualifications: BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Industrial Psychology or related field. Fluent in English and Spanish. Deep knowledge in Office 2013: Work, Excel & Power Point. 2-3 years of working experience in Learning & Development or Training or Training design.
