Maintains and enhances the organizations human resources by evaluating, planning, and implementing human resources policies, programs, and practices aligned to companies mission and values. Provides recruiting, consultation and problem solving on organizational design and development, change management,performance management, employee/managerial development, succession planning, employee relations, training, and policy/procedure interpretations.

:Provides recruiting services on a national scale to all work groups including job description development , ad placement, review of responses, interviewing and coordination with hiring manager.

:Develop and deliver up:to:date HR training for managers and employees to meet federal and state requirements (i.e. sexual harassment training, etc.)

:Provides coaching, consulting and problem solving in areas including but not limited to recruitment and selection, performance management, leadership, management and employee development, succession planning, employee relations, training and policy/procedure interpretation and implementation.

:May investigate and resolve employee relations issues. Partner with and coach managers and employees through the process. Identify pro:active steps to avoid recurring issues. Consults with management on complex or high:risk issues.

:In accordance with established guidelines, provides managers and supervisors with interpretation and guidance regarding HR policies, legal and compliance matters to ensure fair and consistent application.

:Establishes recruiting, testing, and interviewing programs; counseling managers on candidate selection; conducting and analyzing exit interviews; recommending changes.

:Ensures planning, monitoring, and appraisal of employee work results by training managers to coach and discipline employees; scheduling management conferences with employees; hearing and resolving employee grievances; counseling employees and supervisors.

:Maintains management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures and incorporating them in the Employee Handbook.

:Conduct periodic pay surveys; schedule and conduct job evaluations; prepare pay budgets; monitor and schedule individual pay actions; recommend, plan, and implement pay structure revisions.

:Manages employee benefits program, assists employees with related questions or issues. Periodically assesses benefit needs and trends; recommending benefit programs to management, obtains and evaluates benefit contract bids; designs and conducts educational programs on benefit programs.

:Updates job requirements and maintains job descriptions for all positions.

:Communicate and coordinate all payroll changes, vacation and sick logging, with accounting department

:Maintains official personnel file for all employees

:Other duties as assigned.
